Andy Kimmell is the Founder and CEO of Alamo Strategic Partners, bringing a distinctive combination of military leadership discipline and executive operating experience to every investment. He began his career as a U.S. Army Special Operations NCO, where he developed a leadership philosophy centered on accountability, clarity of mission, and disciplined execution.
Throughout his career, Andy has specialized in operational execution, organizational transformation, and scaling companies through periods of growth and complexity — leading teams across domestic and international environments at the intersection of strategy, operations, and capital formation.
Jennie Martinez, CPA, is a two-time founder and finance leader with 20+ years guiding high-growth companies from pre-seed to $500 million in revenue. After starting in Big 4 audit, she launched J. Lee Financial, a fractional-CFO firm that modernizes accounting and aligns finance with strategy.
Her sector experience spans technology, professional services, manufacturing, and the full coffee production cycle. Jennie has served on corporate boards, raised and deployed venture and private-equity capital, led multiple successful exits, and built disciplined systems that enable rapid scale. The Sacramento Business Journal honored her as CFO of the Year and included her in its 2019 "40 Under 40."
Morgan Russo serves as Director of Property Acquisitions at Alamo Strategic Partners, where she leads sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate transactions across targeted, high-growth markets. She is responsible for identifying off-market opportunities, structuring acquisitions, and aligning real estate strategy with ASP's broader operational and investment objectives.
Morgan brings more than a decade of experience across real estate, sales leadership, and high-growth commercial environments, with a demonstrated track record of building revenue engines, scaling client portfolios, and executing transactions in complex and highly regulated industries.
